At Zaiqewala, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because we deal in frozen and perishable food products, we have a limited refund and exchange policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Exchange / Refund Policy
We offer exchange or refund only in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Product spoiled at the time of delivery
You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of frozen food items, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- The complaint must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide clear pictures or videos showing the issue.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
If the product has been opened, consumed, or stored improperly after delivery, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Please note:
Items reported without proper proof or after the allowed time period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We request customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- A leaking product
- A wrong item
- A spoiled product
Please contact us immediately with photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.
After verification, we may:
Offer a replacement of the same item, or Issue a refund to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect storage by the customer
- Product not liked after taste preference
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or wrong item delivered)
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
Online payment refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be processed via bank transfer or digital payment after confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Note
Frozen food products must be stored properly immediately after delivery. Zaiqewala is not responsible for damage caused due to improper storage after successful delivery.
